"...which leads to the brain being unable to breath."

My favorite quote in the whole piece. Given that too many of my books are several hundred pages long I would like some day to become a Sound Biter. That is pretty much all anyone needed to know.

Kara, you and I have had exchanges for just a short time. You read Legacy and IMMEDIATELY saw the concept of SOMATOpsycho vs. psychosomatic. When you consider that I developed the concept in 1978 and have been trying to promote it ever since but probably have had only about 3 people that accept it at face value.... (you'd be #4) then that is pretty remarkable.

Remarkable in that the INDOCTRINATION to blame the victim's 'mind' for something that was done to their body is so complete that in 46 years people are incapable (under mind control) of Getting It.

I wondered why (ex) intelligent ppl didn,t (wanted) to believe, stubborn even if demonstrating their life in danger; a factor could be that big sorcery used as predictive programing in films etc, so when truth is told is like saying your mother a harlot, and you just reject it. Interestingly at all +100 films on PLANdemics, star realizes exactly at min 33:33 (exponiendolaverdad.com)

Thanks for linking the CytoMitoGeno series. I hope none of them have been disappeared by the censors. Thanks for linking the substack that I recently posted of old material that is on a similar topic but I uploaded it based on a comment that brought up the Cassandra Complex where people don't believe you even if you were an Oracle of the Gods. Turns out that the physiology in that writeup and the idea of no one believing the truth are spot on for this post as well.

That post mentioned cytomitogeno.. So went and listened and recognised the info from the book

You of all people will know that without the cytomitogeno pathology postulate that I developed only recently based on YEARS of study, I had already concluded SOMATOpsycho origin of disease over 40 years earlier merely by observation. This speaks to the point that someone doesn't need a degree or even a taste for what passes as science to discern the truth.

These concepts arose independent of one another, but since I'm the Agnate of Continuum Theory, I could see right away that they were seprated only in time and that they were fully integrated into each other so that seeing one let you see the other; therefore denying one makes you deny the other. Evil is all about DENIAL. They have to deny these two HUGE concepts in order to BLAME THE VICTIM a concept that you have demonstrated numerous times that you understand first hand.

Said another way: when coupled together SOMATOpsycho and CytoMitoGeno Pathology theories DESTROY any ability to spin or sell a false narrative.

believe me I know NOW... as that is what took me so long to write part 2 JUST rehashing what you were pointing out till I got it.. the dog named Mito and so forth.. LOL

Oh you've got Mito? Wait NO, You've got Cyto? and one more thing, that is why I added the CELL, because I actually went to my biology book to look at all the parts in play.

A Dog Named Mito.

That can be the title of your book!

The thing that impresses me about Little Red Hens (they are pre-made, not appointed) is that they come to the work already prepared! WHO IN THE WORLD would hold on to their BIOLOGY book for croikies sake?

Very impressive.

The greater the addiction, the greater the denial. The greater the denial, the greater the Truth. The greater the tragedy, the greater the Recovery. The greater the crime, the greater the cover-up. The greater the cover-up, the greater the Crime.

I thought: Now there's a comment based on age and wisdom... then I clicked on your substack info and saw that age was indeed a factor. The biggest hurdle that I've faced with my friends mired in addiction was the First Stage of Grief = Denial.

Personally I like wallowing in Anger, it just feels more comfortable.

This relates to mood. I mentioned in part 1 that serotonin which helps with mood, along with dopamine are also made in your gut biome. When we received the DPT shots as infants or the mother received a tetanus before giving birth it wiped out a huge percentage of her healthy biome... Which the baby is introduced to upon exit thru the vaginal canal. This sets us all way back on serotonin levels. It likely sets us up for addictions in order to feel good. Because we are low on dopamine and serotonin. But ask Patrick for a better understanding.

Interconnectedness…integrated learning…CytoMitoGeno…creative process…zooming in AND zooming out. It just makes sense.

I got yelled at (YELLED AT!!!) by an endocrinologist half my age, who told me she couldn’t be expected to know everything!!!! All I asked her was how my thyroid might be affecting by the nervous system (it was the medical system who suggested in the first place my migraines would be ‘fixed’ by fixing my thyroid) 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪 As a single mother of four children I was caught in overwhelm and followed their direction (is there a shaky head emoji ???)

I am sorry to hear about your suffering. I had a migraine yesterday that lingers today..that pain is so debilitating... And feel for you especially that you went for help only to be ignored and disrespected because of their incompetence. I too have stories to tell... Most of us do. Have you figured out anything at this point? 4 children and raising them alone! That takes courage and so much strength! Hoping you have the support you need.
