Just a few photos of the sky out west, from peculiar lines, to colorful bouquets, to brilliant shows of contrasting light and dark, all the colors of the rainbow.
Thank you for visiting. I am visiting out west right now, and the views are vast and open, I haven't seen those giant fluffy clouds for so long, they really are so much fun to watch.
This is my favourite Stones song!! Thank you for sharing the beauty of the sky and mountains with us! And I love your new video format for your creativity.
all the instruments, violin, piano, horn, percussion... yes it is a beautiful song... I haven't heard it in soooo long. And the words just seemed be describing Nature. It was perfect for this view of the amazing sky! Thanks Jacqueline!
Loved looking at the sky photos this morning and listening to the Stones "She's a Rainbow." Oh, what memories of childhood this brought back. I would listen on my red transistor radio on the grass watching the fluffy white clouds move ever so slowly across the sky. It was also a time when it was common to see a kaleidoscope of monarchs in the same fields. This year, I saw none.
YES!!! childhood memories. LOL, I remember those little radios, carrying them around on our bikes as we played in the woods all day. And laying on the grass watching the fluffy giant clouds go by. I took several videos of some flutter byes in my garden the other day, but I have never seen a kaleidoscope of monarchs, how amazing that would be.
I hear you, I didn't get out here over the summer...but finally here now on the front range for the beginning of the autumn colors!. I usually drive out, 18 hours one way.. I do it in a day because I look so forward to being in the mountains! I hope you do make your annual drive out soon! I am going to post more of my adventures soon. The river calls!!
Do you remember those pretty white fluffy clouds of our childhood!!! yes, and the yellow sun, and the warm summer days that were just right! Today was 87 degrees here on the front range.. sure is hot for the end of September!
Clouds are my favorite, thank you for sharing these beauties ❤️
