i sympathjize with Marina . . . lyme is a horrible thing to endure . . . because i'm a forest boy who lays flat on the forest floor for photography, i treat my clothing with permethrin and have been tick-free for the past 20 years since being introduced to permethrin
prior to the advent of lyme, i would get ticks every time out, we all did, no one ever had a reaction . . . i have read articles that lyme was "created" through experimentation of some kind . . . i don't know . . . but what i do know is that upon realizing that the chysanthemum repels and kills ticks, labs learned which compound was responsible for that and duplicated it in the lab to create permethrin and that stuff works like a charm! . . . now if they could only do the same for deer flies i would be a very grateful nature boy :)
if it's too technical, i'll give up . . . i tend to drift thru life these days, not paying much mind to things in the scientific realm and limiting myself to the artistic . . . perhaps because i'm aware of my short time so i focus on fun as opposed to learning . . . the learning still continues of course but at a much lower level . . . the place i call my "point of pleasure" . . . i will, for example, learn just so much about a given species and when it becomes arduous or worklike, i leave off because that exceeds my point of pleasure . . . if that makes sense
I am an artist and this write up was very interesting.
My genre is post apocalyptic, feminist and political. Art today and then (classic pieces) is about getting unconfortable or to talk about a “piece”. I am familiar with Abramovich work and other pieces showed here in this write up. These art items are not pleasant to look at and they are disturbing to me. I find Abramovich art indifferent and plain sensationalist IMHO.
Some of Piccinini work made me think of lab 8 in the Alien Quadrilogy.
It saddens me that disturbing art is what critics give high score and market. I was always told my art is totally not marketable ……
Art is politics. Through artistic media ideologies are conveyed in a totally differnt subdle way. This includes fashion trends.
That's some sickass shit and I used to read horror comics as a kid and listen to Death Metal.
None of that holds a candle to Catholic Iconography though...
My take has been that whatever has control over the central nervous system of the host is actually torturing the host to produce adrenochrome so that it can consume it from inside the husk they are piloting.
I've never understood seeking out pain. I spent my entire life eliminating it. The very notion is contrary to life and nature.
So her actions are more like a demon possession where the demon is just having fun inside the flesh suit until it expires then it will find a new one.
Time for an exorcism but not make the planned debacle of putting them in pigs so that the pigs can drown and release the spirits back into the Ether.
You nailed it. "Art" is only a means for the wealthy to traffic people. AND, The "creatures" are probably human experiments here on the Farm. Disgusting, to think what their lives are like.
Did you ever see that conspiracy theory about Wayfair furniture... where they were selling couches and cabinets for outrageous prices and the names of these furniture pieces were human names. The theory was that they were actually shipping trafficked children.
I posted part 2 check it out and then just saw a stack from Greg Reese on the Underground Tunnels and Hybrid Labs.... YIKES! is that the SIM synchronicities working here ?

It is horrible...The real story of Lyme is way more then the buggers in the woods. I have learned a lot from Patrick Jordan's 30 years of research.
